Meal plan

Let's try this whole meal planning thing again so.

Saturday
Something on the run for lunch
Quiche (tomatoes, feta, bacon)

Sunday
Rashers
Quiche
Kidney bean and carrot burgers with pumpkin wedges
Make pumpkin soup with other half for tomorrow

Monday
Cereal
Soup
Burgers with potatoes
Make enough potatoes for leftover mash and prepare lentils

Tuesday
Cereal
Soup
Quiche (snack before class)
Lentil cottage pie

Wednesday
Cereal
Soup
Fasting

Thursday
Fasting
Lunch out or cottage pie
Pasta with tomato sauce

Friday
Cereal
Lunch out or soup
Chips in town before DIG meeting

So, for all of that I need to buy a small piece of Parmesan cheese and a tin of beans as well as butter, milk and bread. Everything else I already have on hand.

  1. I have been meaning to make a Quiche for weeks. I keep getting too lazy and doing quick things.

  2. The quiche actually turned out really well. For once I remembered to check it and take it out before it was too well done. I made the pastry on Thursday night so I kind of had to use it though and had already not done it on Friday night. Really must clear some space in my freezer and do a big batch of pastry all nicely rolled out and ready to use.
